U14 Blues match report – By Esther.

In the U14 Blue match against Manor Met, we completed the game with a 21–14 win. In the first quarter, we scored a lot of goals and defended very well; however, our attacking passes were sometimes off, which allowed Manor Met to make several interceptions.

In the second quarter, the centre, who was named Player of the Match, intercepted the ball really well, while the GD and GK were excellent in the goal third by repeatedly winning the ball back and bringing it up the court.

In the third quarter, we made a few changes, but our attacking side was not as strong as our defence, and even though we kept bringing the ball up the court, we continued to lose possession; despite this, we still finished the quarter leading 20–10.

In the final quarter, our attack and defence were not as strong as in previous quarters and we only scored one goal, but we were able to keep our lead and finish the match with a final score of 21–14.
