Essex Open U11 Blues Claim Victory in Match Against Phoenix Flames

Essex Open U11 Blues put in a strong performance for their second match of the season, beating the Phoenix Flames 27-0.

The growth in teamwork since the first match was clear to see from the off. Blues moved the ball across the court with more pace, and that energy never let up right through to the final whistle. The attacking end found its rhythm early on, and the goals kept coming as confidence built.

It was a really good all-round team performance, with attackers and shooters linking up well and some nice set plays in the D, while the defence held firm on the occasions Phoenix Flames threatened to score. Phoenix Flames also never gave up and kept battling to the end.

It’s great to see how much better the team are playing together now that they’re getting to know each other on court. The understanding between them is growing , and it’s exciting to watch that progress. Well done, Blues!
